You can browse this website without giving us any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us:
We do not collect special personal information (such as health, religious or biometric information), and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We process your information because you have asked us to (consent and the steps needed to respond to your enquiry or enter into an agreement with you), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, always balanced against your rights under POPIA.
We use a small number of trusted service providers (operators, in POPIA terms) to run this website. Each is bound to process information only on our instructions and to keep it secure:
Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. Where that happens, the provider is subject to laws or binding agreements that give protection substantially similar to POPIA, as required by section 72 of the Act. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you become a customer, we keep account records for as long as our business and legal obligations require. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).

We restrict access to personal information to the people who need it to respond to you, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
